I think this may be one of my favorites so far! Truly a one of a kind! Black Cat's body is solid wood. I have hand sculpted his face using paper clay. I added a wooden bowl permanently on his tummy using a wooden dowel. The bowl is hand painted all the way around.

I just love creating these little shoe mobiles! This is the last one for this year and I wanted it to be special! "Santa Claws & The Christmas Mouse" is hand sculpted using paper clay over a wooden post. The shoe mobile is created using a vintage leather toddler shoe from the 1950's. It is hand painted all the way around.
I have added stationary wheels and painted them to look like peppermint candy. The Christmas mouse in the Christmas Tree is holding a jingle bell. He is hand sculpted using paperclay, Mouse is app. 1" tall. Thanks for Looking!

I just finished this large wooden wall Christmas clock. The face of the clock is hand painted in an original design. Two white tail deer stand at the end of a path leading to a stone cottage in the distance.

The lower panel is actually a hand painted slate piece that i have framed to make the lower door. The painting is a Father Christmas holding a Lamb.

I just finished this Original Old World Santa Clock~ it is made of solid wood and can be used as a wall or mantle clock as it stands on its own.

This one took some time but what a unique piece it turned out to be~ The solid wood game board is hand cut from solid maple wood. It is two tier. The space between the squares is routed. Original design and artwork. There are ten player pieces that have been hand painted.
The board is 8 1/2" on each side x app. 2" tall. The pieces are 1 1/2" square x 1/2" tall.

Ihis one was a real joy to create, I hand sculpted Black Cat's head onto a carved wood body using paper clay. His hat is made from paper mache and hand painted. It can be removed. I have painted all the way around his body and for added charm i gave him a Halloween ruffle around his neck with a small wooden bat closure. The cart is also hand made and hand painted. I found this vintage hand turned wooden bowl a few months back and thought the handle looked like a cat's tail.... sooooo I hand sculpted a black cat's head onto a large wooden ball and attached it to the base of the tail using a wooden dowel.
I have hand painted black kittens, jol's & pumpkins all the way around the bowl.
I think it now looks like a black cat is peeking into the treat bowl!

I have just finished this wonderful hand cut Jol light box. Hp with acrylics. It has a clip on light. The JOL 's eyes, nose and mouth are cut out so when the light is on they glow. This one was so much fun to create! I hope you enjoy it.

I really enjoy painting on these tree fungus pieces. I call them "Natures Canvas" They are very dimensional and no two are ever alike. This piece has an added branch that twists up one side and wraps around the bottom. I have sculpted a tiny owl out of paper clay on the top of the branch and added a hand painted wooden Jol to the bottom of the branch.
I really enjoyed creating this one! I wanted to share it here with you~

I just finished painting this little vintage metal lamp from the 50's era. I just love the colors in this one. The colors are slightly more muted than most of my Halloween art. The shade is painted with a focus painting on opposite sides so it can be turned to display the side of your choice. Hope you like it~

I may have mentioned that i love creating art using the curly gourd. Black Cat was created with a curly gourd with a hand sculpted face & ears.
Screech the owl is also sculpted with paper clay and attached to a real tree branch. This candy keeper stands 12" tall~ Thanks for looking!
